How do I know if a building is contaminated ?
The only way to determine the level of contamination is through an on-site visit to perform material and air sampling, which confirms the presence of contaminants via laboratory analysis.
Do your interventions comply with safety standards ?
Yes, all our interventions are carried out in accordance with current standards, including: the CSA Z317.1 standard for containment and decontamination, Health Canada and Santé Québec guidelines, the Safety Code for the Construction Industry (CSST/CNESST), as well as indoor air quality regulations. Our team is trained and certified according to IICRC requirements and wears the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for each type of intervention.
Do you offer material analysis and characterization ?
Yes, we offer characterization for materials likely to contain asbestos, silica and mold. We can also provide air sampling to confirm the presence of these contaminants.
